The Double E Performance Center has been hard at work during the pandemic to prepare for the return of live events. We've made some changes, refined our programming, and brought some new members aboard, but we’ll need even more help to accomplish what we're planning this year.

We're looking for members of the local community who can't go anywhere without running into someone they know, people who make the best playlists in town and always seem to know where the backyard shows are. Folks in these roles will be involved with the setup and takedown of indoor and outdoor events at The Double E, on the green, and across The Essex Experience campus. Members of our team understand that they're responsible for facilitating a seamless and enjoyable experience while representing the venue,  so they’ll need to be professional and approachable at all times.

Experience in the hospitality or events industries is a plus, as is experience setting up and taking down basic audio and video systems, but these are not requirements. We're looking for the right people before the right resumes!

Several positions on our team — including ushers, ticket takers, and our street team — are volunteer roles compensated by way of free shows and swag, early access to tickets, and other VIP experiences. Other positions —like licensed security personnel, bartenders, and event technician staff — are compensated based on experience.

Bringing folks together to enjoy, perform, and discuss takes a village! We're excited to build the right team for the job. If you think you’d be a good fit for the Double E and the Essex Experience, please get in touch below! We’d love to hear from you. After submitting your information, expect to hear from a member of our team shortly.

Bringing together the community takes a lot of minds. If you want to be a part of our team, please, reach out even if we're not hiring in your field.
